Questions, answered plainly
What is the deposit, and can we cancel?
A 25% deposit confirms your date and is adjusted against your final bill. Cancel more than 90 days out and half the deposit is refunded; inside 90 days the deposit is held against the date.
Can we bring our own caterer?
Our kitchen runs every event, though we welcome a specialist for a single counter — a live chaat stall or a Chinese wok station is common. Outside catering for the full menu isn't permitted.
Is there parking and a valet?
Covered parking for 150 cars, and valet service comes included with any booking above 300 guests — available on request below that.
What is the policy on decor and liquor?
Bring your own decorator and florist, or let our in-house team build the full setup. A liquor licence is arranged by the venue for a nominal fee, served through our own licensed bar.
What happens if it rains during the monsoon?
Zenana Lawn bookings between June and September carry an automatic backup inside Rajwada Hall at no extra cost, confirmed 48 hours ahead by our weather desk.
